The portrait of the chubby young man with small round glasses is that of the most prodigious composer of melodies of all time. During his all-too-brief existence, Schubert produced some 600 Lieder which express all the joys and sorrows of life. Soon some new titles composed, he brought together friends in a living room or a tavern to reveal these new poetic treasures. The magnificent tenor Michael Schade will echo it in a recital that promises peaks of intensity.
