Tasting tour “From the vines to the banquet”
This extraordinary itinerant tour opens the doors of the castle vineyard to you. Full of History, you will discover the terroir of “Clos de Chillon”, our Grand Cru rewarded on multiple occasions.
Return to the cellars of the Lake Geneva fortress, passing through toilets and banquet halls. The history of wine and its impact on the lives of people in the Middle Ages will delight your senses. At the end of the visit, extend this experience with a friendly moment and taste the white and red “Clos de Chillon”, accompanied by appetizers made by Café Byron.

Lieu de rendez-vous : in front of the entrance to the vineyard (Quai Alfred Chatelanat), with 10 minutes walk from the castle towards Montreux
